Professional Experiences
Currently I function as Co-Founder and Fractional COO at the SaaS Startup OrganAise. I have held key leadership roles, including VP Revenue Operations & Enablement at Staffbase and CX Strategy Director at Oracle, where I drove GTM strategies and revenue growth. At Nordic Green Energy, I executed general management for an early stage startup branch, optimized customer lifecycle processes and led business development initiatives. My academic foundation as an Executive MBA from HULT International Business School provides essential skills in business strategy and operations. My first master in Social Sciences (Social Policy, Sociology, Development Psychology and Administration) brings deep insight in society structures, human behaviour and learning, decision making patterns and communication, empowering me to lead and engage teams efficiently.

Volunteering has allowed me to apply my professional skills to make a positive impact in the community. I am leading Diamanten, a Women's Leadership organisation in Finland.
